It seems that the McCain-Palin campaigning is not just distorting Obama, but the fact checkers as well:

Nothing is surprising coming from the campaign that Joe Klein said is "responsible for one of the sleaziest ads I've ever seen."

It's unreal. They are basing their campaign entirely on misleading the public and distracting everyone from the issues. I like the approach that Barack and Joe are taking. I thought Barack's response to the lipstick BS this morning was right on. I think it all boils down to Joe's question from yesterady: "What do you talk about when you cannot explain the last eight years of failure?"
Can't be a good strategy to piss off the fact checkers.
One teenie question about the "Fact Check" ad. I haven't been able to watch it for some reason, but the YouTube picture shows a wolf and the descriptions of it I've read talk about Barack attacking Palin like a predator. I'm probably reaching, but is that a Birth of a Nation-esque dog whistle? Yeah, I went there.
