Anyhow, how about lovable Uncle Joe retires and announces he won't be Obama's 2010 running mate. Obama picks Anthony Weiner. Weiner then wins as POTUS in 2016. I mean, a super-smart, principled, funny-as-hell, friend of Jon Stewart whose wife is a super-smart, freakishly talented, and ineffably lovely woman who is a key aide to Hilary and who is Muslim? Sign me up!

While it may be a big dream, I love the thought! Weiner is awesome and getting him in as veep could be a sneaky way of pulling the White House further left, too.

John Stewart showed another one of his jokes from the Correspondents' Dinner last night. I'm paraphrasing but he basically said, "I'll take care of the wiener jokes around here. And, by the way, who's John Boehner trying to fool. Boehner? Just own it."
