If we lived in a different media market, we would have seen a Super Bowl ad that has the political world talking. No, I'm not talking about Will Ferrell's ad for Milwaukee's Best beer. I'm talking about Rep. Pete Hoekstra taking a page late 19th century nativist politics, and airing this:
Hoekstra seems to have spent most of the day basically telling people that they're wrong to see this as racist. My big question is how he found an actor willing to play that role.
