The one between Jon Stewart and Jim Cramer, that is. Not the one between Brian and me that's brewing in the comments section (for the record, since I snapped to judgement after not paying full attention to Brian's comments, I'm Jim Cramer in our scenario). Anyhow, Jim keeps trying to come at Jon, and Jon keeps smacking him down. The latest:
Bottom line: you don't mess with Jon, because Dora's got his back and she'll cut you.

did anyone see the show last night? it's been the lead story on the trib's website all morning. jon stewart is probably the best news anchor on television. calls 'em likes he sees 'em.
I just finished last night's show over my lunch. Really incredible stuff. And, I have to say, somewhat admirable of Cramer to go on the Daily Show and try to plead his case.
Stewart and Colbert toe an interesting line. First and foremost, they obviously try to satirize our media for kicks. But, every once and a while, they do get into serious stuff like this (and Colbert going directly at Bush at the Correspondent's Dinner). It actually shows how blurry the line is between entertainment and news overall in our country.
Here's the full, uncensored video from the Jim Cramer interview (in 3 parts) :

Ilsa, it's pretty sad that the guy on Comedy Central more often than not seems to be the only reporter with integrity.
Dave, I didn't read your comments, but probably everything you said is wrong.
On a note completely unrelated to things Dave may or may not have typed, I think it's ok for comedy shows to blur the line between entertainment and news. However, it is most certainly NOT ok for news shows to do the same. Sadly, 95% of the news programming out there is more newsertainment than it is news.
