Now that
Arne Duncan is going to be Secretary of Education, it looks like Obama is going to have a pretty
good group of hoopsters around him. And Michelle's brother
Craig was one of the best players in Princeton history (perhaps second after Bill Bradley).

Plus, I hear that Ken Salazar, the energy sec to-be, has mad ups.
oops. interior, not energry. mad ups still applies.
I was half-wondering if the Blago stuff would taint Chicagoans to the point that Arne wouldn't be selected. As for how he'll do, I can't say I have a real thought. In my little fringe of the education community, people seem to have mixed views of Arne.
The Cabinet b-ball team, though, is pretty cool. And, you know that with practice Hillary could become one of those never miss shooting guards you always see in women's hoops. That could be the key to their diplomacy. "Okay, Vladimir, let's settle this one on the court." I like it.
Time for Obama to go all-in on nonpartisonship and add a perky little state-champion high-school point guard from Wassilla high to his cabinet. Is there a need for a Secretary of Moose Huntin'?
I love that Craig Robinson and Arne Duncan were teammates on a wildly successful 3-on-3 team. But having a barracuda on the team would certainly mix things up.
My guess is that if Palin joined the squad, we'd find out that her b-ball skills have been overexaggerated. Come on, Craig and Arne play/played on Chicago's blacktops. Palin played on melted hockey rinks.
