From TPM: The Democratic ground game is crushing the GOP in new voter registration to the point that it could be erasing Repug advantages in CO, FL, NC, NH, NM, NV, and PA. This goes along with the news we've been hearing for a while that Obama's ground game advantage. The last I heard, McCain's basically had no local presence in most key states. That was supposed to change when Palin joined the ticket and fired up the ueber-organized Christian right, but thus far, it looks like the Dems are still way ahead.
Oh, and according to Rasmussen, Mark Warner is crushing Jim Gilmore for the Senate seat in VA. I don't think that's news, but it just makes me happy to put that into words. I can't imagine VA has had two Democratic Senators since the whole Civil Rights Era/Nixon/Southern strategy re-alignment of the parties.
