And, WaPo has a poll with Barack leading 52-43% among likely voters. Apparently, neither Gore nor Kerry registered above 50% on this poll--and Gore won!
Even more on that WaPo/ABC poll:
"No candidate over 50% support in Sept. has lost since 1948."
Of course, this is a whole nuther kind of election. But, still.
Do I detect a hint of (dare I say it?) optimism from Dave and John? Refreshing.
Not so fast. John and I are still primed for a huge pessimism bender if McCain's numbers swing up again for whatever reason.
