The latest numbers on fivethirtyeight.com continue to improve for the good guys: Obama averages 311.5 electoral votes to 226.5 for our Naval veteran, and the simulations give Barack a 74.5% chance at winning. And Al Franken has a 42% shot at upending Norm Coleman in the Minnesota Senatorial race. How about that for bringing the last two entries together?
